*To join, you must first read the rules located on the rules page. Then, submit your application to the group (use the join group link below). Make sure to list your information including: your name, email, site name, and site url (this can be added in the message area of the form). Once approved, e-mail me your competition names and links.
*To vote, go to the vote pages. Click on the link you prefer and that window will open up. There are separate pages for topsites and for competitions. On each page is a list of the links to be voted on.
*Vote for everyone in the club. If you are asking for one vote, then vote for all links with a #1 by them; 2 votes = everyone with a #1 and #2 by them; and so on. If you are asking for competition votes only you only have to do competition links. The same goes for top sites. If you have a personal problem with a site then please write me and let me know.
*Voting days are Monday through Thursday, as several competitions do not run on Friday. If, however, yours does then you must also vote on Friday. Saturday and Sunday are optional to vote. Also the times for each competition are marked above the sites competing there. Topsites are once every 24 hours.
*I will periodically place a hidden page in both the competition and the top site sections. This is just a way to make sure everyone is voting like they say they are. When you find one fill in the form and click send; then you will go to the vote page to vote as you would normally. If for some reason the form does not work there is an email link to use and a normal link to go to the vote page.
*Once you are done voting for the day go to the done voting form page. If the form is not working, there is an email link to use instead. Make sure to fill in all parts of the form so that you get the credit you deserve.
*To update your urls, go to the update page. There should be a form. Fill in the information of who you are, your site, etc. For the competitions put in the name and the new url. If your url stays the same then just write "same" instead of the url..
*Updates have to be in by 11:59pm US central time Saturday night. If you are waiting on a URL due to a competition not updating, let me know. You must update weekly regardless of wether your links change or not. This is the only way for me to know that they have stayed the same. Links will be updated on Sunday.
*You may have more then one site but you can only have a total of 5 competition votes and 5 top sites. Each site though must be approved before placing it on the board.
*If you need to go LOA write me. I'll mark your links as LOA on the site. You can take up to a month before having to reapply, unless your competition is on break for longer then you can stay on LOA until they are back. Also, if for some reason you are not able to vote for a day let me know.
*Do not vote for anyone twice. If you already voted for someone on another board or through personal ve's then you do not vote again. Many competitions will consider this ballot stuffing. You still need to check the links, however. Have the page open and make sure it is indeed the place you already voted. This way you can also check for hidden pages.
