#1 - All sites must be up and running and consist of more than two pages. An occasional page that is under construction within the site is understandable but not the whole site. No pornography or links to such sites. No hate or discrimination sites. Sites need to be in English or a mirror site in English.
#2 - Whatever is being voted on (website or image) must be yours or something you have some control over. Please do not put someone else's work on the board to be voted on. If you are under 13 you must get your parents permission to join.
#3 - If you join, you agree to vote for others as they are voting for you. Be honest and loyal.
#4 - No blind voting.
#5 - You must place a link to this club on your site.
#6 - Updates must be in by 11:59 us central time Saturday night.
#7 - You must inform me that you have voted.
#8 - If you can not vote then please e-mail me asap. Also e-mail me if you have a problem with a certain site or if you have problems voting at a certain competition/topsite.
#9 - You must vote Monday through Thursday, Friday if applicable.
* You will receive two warnings. On the third time your site will be removed.
* You will be automatically removed if it is discovered that you lied about voting.
